Yogawerks is thrilled to host Kerry Eyman and Michael Valenti as they offer Rolfing Structural Integration in Yogawerk's healing environment.

Rolfing is the highly respected process of soft tissue manipulation that balances and realigns your body by releasing tension and strain. This practice is extremely popular among yoga instructors as a means to improve flexibility and relieve chronic injury. Rolfing Structural Integration allows individuals to live in a more flexible and balanced body that is free of pain, stiffness, and chronic stress and enhances adaptation to life's physical, mental and emotional challenges.

Both practitioners are certified by the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration (RISI) based in Boulder, CO.
