Your Initial Interview

In the initial interview, we will discuss any of your physical limitations or, past surgeries or injuries. We will assess your complete posture, from your feet to the top of your head as well as your overall stamina, what type of physical exercise or workout you are currently practicing. We will check your overall shape and symmetry, determining the balanced energy in your body. Generally clients come for privates 1-2 times a week, the same as you would see a personal trainer.

Personal Training/Private Sessions

Students with specific rehabilitation issues, or who want to take their practice to another level are encouraged to sign up for private sessions. Sessions available most days of the week.
