The Anusara Immersion is a three part comprehensive study of philosophy and asana, designed according to the requirements of Anusara founder, John Friend. This course fulfills requirements for any Anusara yoga-based teacher training requiring an 108 hr immersion.

The curriculum looks at the very essense of Anusara philosophy, alignment principals and practice. Similar to a teacher training, open to students interested in deepening their own practice or in becomming teachers, and teachers who want to improve their skills.

Through the supportive environment of the kula yogawerks offers, your teaching will become charged with spiritual energy, confidence and a genuine love and compassion for yourselves and others. This immersion will help you open your heart, develop a more vibrant body, and find your authentic voice so you can transmit the essence of yoga, which is love.

Testimonial from a Yoga Teacher
As a yoga teacher having a better understanding of my own body in turn helps me to help my yoga
students understand their own bodies...The Structural Integration bodywork helps to realign parts of the body that might have been out of place for years and in turn will change your practice for better.”

— Kathleen Rankhorn
